I work at the scale of environments: digital, physical, written. The scale changes. The move stays the same. Whether I'm writing a sentence, designing a product, or thinking through what a space should feel like. I'm always asking the same question: what does this environment make possible for the person inside it?
My journey into design had a surprising origin. The first time I noticed design shaping my experience was at a coffee shop. I was fascinated how a space could make me feel so calm the moment I stepped into it. I wanted to understand what was producing that feeling and how I could create it deliberately.
Design isn't just a title to me. It is a lens that shapes how I experience the world. It is the thread that runs through everything I do whether its designing interfaces, designing space through photographs, or designing impact through writing.
Underneath all of it is a simple question: What is shaping this environment and how can I make it a kind place for someone to land in their day?
